On Thursday, August 14, 2008 from 10:00AM-5:00PM, I’ll be conducting another full-day fine-art inkjet printing workshop entitled: How to Prepare Files and Make Gallery-Quality Prints at Nancy Ori Studio in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
Five of the same full-day workshops have already filled, but as of today (7/14/2008), some space remains for this workshop. For a full description of this full day workshop (limited to just five participants), I’ve created a two page brochure with a full overview of the class. You can download it below:
Thurs., August 14th workshop (limited to five participants)
All the best!
On Wednesday, July 9, 2008 from 10-11pm EST (7-8PM PST) I’ll be conducting a free virtual inkjet printing seminar. It’s for subscribers of my Inkjet and Imaging Tips Newsletter. If you already receive the newsletter, you should have received an e-mail with a link to the event page.
If you’d like to attend, just fill in your name and e-mail in the form at the bottom of this announcement. You will then receive instructions for how you can attend the event. No phone is necessary to listen-just your computer’s speakers (or headphones).
What will be covered:
• Selected questions will be answered from those who ask them prior to the event, and some frequently asked inkjet-related questions will be answered.
• An overview of my book: 301 Inkjet Tips and Techniques: An Essential Printing Resource for Photographers.
• A tip that you can use to quickly fix a printer (and many other items).
• A few special offers just for people who attend the live event.
I hope to have you join me this evening! If you can’t make the live event, all of our newsletter subscribers will receive a link to the audio and video 24 hours after the event.
To sign up for the event, sign up for our free newsletter featuring Inkjet & Imaging Tips below. BONUS: Receive a tip each week from the book, plus a Resolution Chart and info to help determine file sizes for printing:

On Saturday, August 9, 2008 from 10:00AM-5:00PM, I’ll be giving a fine-art inkjet printing full day workshop entitled How to Prepare Files and Make Gallery-Quality Prints at Nancy Ori Studio in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
During the workshop, I’ll be showing many print samples, I will go step-by-step through a recommended printmaking workflow using Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Lightroom, and other applications, and I will demonstrate how to make and use custom profiles. Also, each participant will have at least two prints made from their supplied photo or other image on pigment-based inkjet printers (13-inch-wide models from HP and Epson).
A two-page PDF brochure with pricing and information on how to register can be found here.
If you are interested in future workshops, check my teaching and workshop schedule here, and for private consulting via phone or in-person, feel free to contact me using the form on this page, or via cell phone at 732-742-0123.
I hope to meet some InkjetTips.com (and 301 Inkjet Tips & Techniques) readers there!
On Monday and Tuesday, June 23 and 24th I’ll be answering questions on one of my favorite Photo-related sites, Photojojo.com. You can read the press release here, that describes the event. I’m really looking forward to it!
